Your information, in plain language.

Golf Tournament Pros is the tournament planning and services front door to Tournament Advantage. Contact the team at [email protected].

Tournament planner

Calculations run in your browser; your edits are not sent to GTP. Saving on this device stores a copy in this browser’s local storage. Use Remove saved copy in the planner to remove it. Downloaded and printed copies are under your control.

Inquiries

The inquiry page prepares a text file or email draft. It does not submit details to a server. The planner handoff temporarily stores a brief in this tab’s session storage so you can include it in your inquiry. Opening an email draft passes the content to your chosen email application. You control sending. Email providers and the receiving team process messages you send so we can respond. You can ask the contact address above about access or deletion of a sent inquiry.

Hosting and connected services

The marketing site is hosted separately from the Tournament Advantage app. Hosting providers may retain routine access/security logs. Font and image assets are served with the site. This release has no advertising trackers, customer accounts, website payment processing or live supplier API connections. Following a link to the TA app or another service is subject to that service’s policies. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

Planning estimates

Calculator assumptions are examples, not quotes or guarantees. Supplier arrangements, availability, prices, delivery and any contest coverage must be confirmed separately.
